Delete Your Account

My Liquor Store — developed by Zyka Inc. (Grabbl)

This page describes how users of the My Liquor Store app (developed by Zyka Inc., operating as Grabbl) can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

Option 1 — Delete via the App

1. Open the My Liquor Store app on your mobile device.
2. Go to Account > Privacy.
3. Tap Delete My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Submit a Deletion Request Online

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.

Send an email to support@grabbl.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — My Liquor Store" and include the email address associated with your account.

Your account profile and login credentials
Purchase history and saved payment methods
Saved addresses and preferences
Any reviews or ratings you have submitted

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax and legal compliance). All retained data is deleted as soon as legally permitted.
